Learning Exchange Framework – February 2021
This Learning Exchange Framework helps groups of foundation representatives share policies, practices, lessons, and ideas on racial equity and inclusion with each other. This learning is intended to help participants bring new concepts back to their foundations in order to help these institutions develop or refine their systems and operations regarding racial equity and inclusion.
“Philanthropy New York is committed to supporting members’ learning and action. Our Learning Exchange partnership with the Race and Equity in Philanthropy Group aligns with our value of nurturing a community that learns from and with each other and builds accountability through collective work. These exchanges remind everyone that racial equity is a journey, and we all need inside-outside partnerships to move toward more racially equitable philanthropic practice and culture.”
-Yi-Ching Lin, Senior Director of Learning Services, Philanthropy New York
